Dee McAvoy
Manager
Dee is our nursery manager and has worked at CKC since 2016. She currently holds her Foundation degree in Early Childhood and is in the process of completing her Degree. As well as being our qualified SENCo and safeguarding lead.
Emily Burt
Deputy Manager
Emily has her BA Honours in working with Children and families and has her Early Years teacher status as well as being our qualified SENCo. She began her days at CKC as an apprentice from leaving school and returned in 2024 as our deputy manager. Emily can be found working in our babyroom.
Olivia Wood
3rd In Charge
Olivia has her level 3 Early Years Educator qualification after joining CKC as an apprentice. She has recently joined the management team and is continuing with her studies, completing her level 4 in working with children and families as well as her SENCo qualification. Olivia works in our twos and over room.
Natalya Wilkinson
Early Years Educator
Natalya is a level 3 Early Years Educator who also began at CKC as an apprentice. She works in the babyroom.
Jenn Ellis
Early Years Practitioner
Jenn is a qualified level 2 Early Years practitioner, she works in the twos and over room.
Neive Ellison
Early Years Apprentice
Neive is currently completing her level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. She works in the twos and over room.
Scarlett Gilbride
Early Years Apprentice
Scarlett is also an apprentice, currently completing her Early Years Practitioner qualification. She works across both rooms but can mostly be found working with the twos and overs.
Lydia Ballance
Early Years Educator
Lydia is a level 3 qualified after recently completing her apprenticeship. She works in the twos and over room.
